Brothersoft Editor: Diet and Exercise Planner is a Pocket PC software designed to help you keep track of your daily food intake and exercise. The Planner software is simple and easy to use: one button allows to enter food you ate, another button lets you enter the exercise. The Planner uses your weight to calculate amount of calories burned by exercise. The front screen indicates the calorie Balance as well as corresponding weight loss.

Choose the exercise type and duration and the software automatically calculates the calories you burn by exercise.
Calculates your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) using the Harris-Benedict formula.
Supports English and Metric measurement units.
Daily calorie balance and equivalent weight lost are calculated automatically
The graph function allows you to analyze your Progress over time. Graph such parameters as calorie, fat, carbohydrates, and protein intake, exercise time, and calories burn by exercise.
Exercise calendar provides a quick way to view your exercise type and duration on a calendar screen.
You save all data into a text or CSV file (comma delimited text file). You can then open CSV file in Excel and create your own graphs.
